Fundraising updates
September has been a busy month for Fundraising here in Lisanally!
We were delighted to welcome two groups of people who have worked tirelessly on behalf of all the pupils and school community at Lisanally.
We welcomed Norman Graham who has been fundraising on our behalf by contacting local businesses and sporting clubs to help raise funds which will go towards our outdoor wheelchair swing fund.
Thanks to Norman's efforts and the generosity of local businesses, clubs and individuals, we were delighted to receive a total of £2300. We are indebted to the following for their support:
Killeen Hardware, Armagh Cricket Club, Armagh Golf Club, Harty Ervine, McAnerney's and Armagh Rugby Club.
We also welcomed John and Christina Faloon, who organised an amazing Silent Dairy Farm & Machinery Show in August. The event was very kindly sponsored by WS Livinstone & Sons and Caledon Estate Company. Thanks to the sponsors and contributors on the day, an incredible £10,620 was rasied!!! This is an amazing amount which will be used to develop a sensory room within the school for the benefit of our pupils.
Thank you so much to all who work so hard to support our school with their fundraising efforts.
Macmillan Coffee Morning
Not to be undone, our staff and pupils hosted their annual Macmillan Coffee Morning on Thursday 24th September. Donations are still coming in and we will update the final amount once all donations have been received. Thank you to all who contributed in anyway, whether by sending in beautiful treats or making financial donations.
See below for photos our wonderful supporters and also our amazing pupils and staff at their Macmillan Coffee Morning.
